Every year we sit down at the draft table and watch as the four or five main Stolen Base players are plucked off the board and we sit there banging our heads in frustration. Actually, some of us become so "PO 'd" we actually sit there with an attitude the rest of the draft. C'mon, you guys know who you are! Jose Reyes! Damn! Ichiro Suzuki! Damn! Carl Crawford! Damn! Then there's the quiet guy over at the corner of the table, the outcast who was late, who actually whines,
"Man, I never get a stolen base guy!" ... in his most whining voice while he bangs his fist on the desk. Ahhh the laughs....

Anyway, don't let this happen to you. Stolen bases can always be found throughout the draft, you just have to search a little harder. I have come up with a new draft, one you will only find at Fantasy Baseball Express...for FREE, and is the basis for this article. Below, you will find "tiers" of players who will "potentially" grab a certain amount of stolen bases in 2007. The following "tiers" are based on stats from the last 2 - 3 years, is only a guide as to the "POTENTIAL" amount of stolen bases a player "could" get. So study this list and keep it close to you on draft day, it will be a major help, believe me! You'll no longer have to go fumbling through pages upon pages of a fantasy magazine 5 seconds before your next pick!
